Out-of-Network & Superbills

If I’m not in‑network with your plan, you may still be able to use out‑of‑network benefits.

Here’s how superbills usually work:

You pay for your session at the time of your appointment.
I provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) after your session or monthly.
You submit the superbill to your insurance company.
If your plan includes out‑of‑network benefits, they may reimburse you directly according to your policy.

Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary, so it’s always best to confirm details with your insurance company.

Private Pay

Private pay sessions are $125.00 per session. A superbill can be provided upon request for clients who wish to submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits prior to your first appointment.

Private pay can be a good fit if you want more privacy, don’t want a diagnosis on file, or your plan doesn’t cover telehealth.

Individual Therapy Sessions

$125 / session

Comprehensive 53-minute telehealth sessions tailored to your unique chapter. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA funds as of 2026.

Clinical Supervision

$100 / hour

Mentorship for associate practitioners seeking clinical hours in NC & VA.

Bariatric Assessments

$350 / assessment

Specialized pre-surgical psychological evaluations for individuals pursuing bariatric surgery, including comprehensive documentation and clearance letters.

Immigration Psychological Evaluations

$1,000 – $2,000 / evaluation

Comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments for extreme hardship, asylum, U-visa, and T-visa cases. We provide sensitive clinical documentation to support your legal journey.

The immigration process is already a lot. Payment should not make it harder. Flexible payment plans are available, typically split into 3 to 4 installments before your final report is released, so you can focus on what matters most.

Do I have a deductible, and how much of it has been met?
Do you reimburse for out-of-network telehealth with a superbill?
